Michigan Brewing Celis White

Pours a golden yellow color with a small white head. Candied fruit aromas dominate this baby. Beligan yeast dominates the flavor with orange zest and some lemon flavors in there also. The flavor seems to last for awhile.Not bad!

a spritzy and hazy dark straw liquid - lots of bright citrus and spice to go with a hay-like rural malt aroma. medium bodied, with a flavor profile fairly well matched to the aroma, with some ester flavors of light-colored fruit ; no major surprises, other than a perceptible sourness in the finish.

Hazy yellow pour with a foamy white head. Smells of candi sugar, orange and lemon zest, banana and some yeastiness. Sweet, somewhat cloying flavor with lots of banana esters, candi sugar, light citrus and s slightly sour finish. Medium body., a little sticky.

Pours a golden color with a white head. Aroma is of banana, lemon, a little citrus, spices, and some yeast. Flavor is strong of the lemon and spices with a background of banana and citrus. Flavor kind of dies quickly, but this brew is actually somewhat decent. Much better then the celis raspberry.

Pours a nice gold color with lots of carbonation.Aromas of bananas and citrus.Full flavor of sour grapefruit.quite crisp and refreshing.

Bottle, poured a cloudy gold yellow with white bubbles, wheat, light fruit and sour wood(?) fragrances, there is a faint smoke or smoked meat fragrance, this fragrance was not unpleasant and did not seem out of character for the beer, lemon and wheat taste, some tartness in the mouth, medium carbonation, drink starts a little oily and turns dry on the palate, nice light brew, adding the sediment added a faint doughy bread flavor.

Hazy yellow, quite small white head. Banana aroma, quite fresh with some banana notes. Wheat flavor, some dough, quite weak citric notes. Dry hoppy finish.

Bottles @ 2005 Bacardi Party on Mackinac Island. This wheat had a very nice aroma of oranges and other fruits. The palate and flavor were light, but enjoyable on a summer afternoon.
