Michigan Brewing Celis White

bottle - Pours hazy light yellow with a one finger white head. It has a citrus yeast aroma with some wheat malt apparent. It’s a sweet witbier with the malt dominating this light, refreshing brew. Citrus notes accent it nicely. It’s a little thin, but pretty good overall.

Bottle. Pours hazy corn yellow with a multi-sized soap foam head. Smell is of bananas and grain malts. Taste is a litlle wtery, banana flavor stands out first, the some citrus and some spices. Other notes of light fruit present as well, like pears and some apricot or peach. Weirdly sweet at first, then waters away quickly. A thin bubbly body as its not carbonated enough. Just another beer that gets a little better by the time you are closer to the bottom of the glass.

Poured a very light straw color with a very small white head. Really liked the way it looked in the pint glass. Smelled alright, earthy, and sweet flowery malt. First sip was allright, but as I went on, it was apparent that you could not drink too many of these. Slightly cloudy pale yellow, weak head. Yeast and citrus aroma. Lemon and wheat taste. Slight sweetness. Crisp finish. Medium carbonation. Pretty good.

Straw with good, foamy white head / Nose of banana, perfume, and spice / Medium body, good balance and finish / Flavors of banana, cream, perfume, orange peel, clove, and wheat / Textbook.

Pours with a largish, foamy, white heead and a hazy golden body. Good lacing. Aroma of corriander, honey, some orange peel and yeast.. Tastee is sweet with vanilla, corriander and orange peel. Fizzy and a bit dry.

Bottle: Poured a light yellow color with a thin head. The aroma was citrus, yeast, and bananas. The flavor was smooth and easy drinking with wheat, citrus, bananas, apricot, lemons, and a nice spicy finish. Nice beer!
