Biggish deep offwhite head. Hazy deep amber body. Deep caramelly malts aroma with faint resiny notes. Dry-sweet roasty wooden malty taste with resiny notes. Fullish body. Faintly astringent. Dry, faintly acidic, resiny tropical fruit aftertaste. Clearly a bit old. Should rerate. BBD hard to read, but probably 2008-09-27. Still nice, though. Bottle. Copper colour with an off-white head. Aroma i citrus, hop, malt. Flavour is citrus, hop, malt, fruit. OK easy drinkable beer.

bottle. has a sweet aroma of citrus and berries. pours a dark copper with a thin head. bit of a plain hoppy flavor with a bit of a bitter aftertaste.

As Mackinac Summer Ale. It’s a nice, red copper color and the head is golden and creamy. The aroma has notes of caramel, malt and fruity hops. The flavour has a light sweetness and a light, dry citrus and notes of malt, caramel and light fruit. It’s uncomplicated and pleasant to drink.

Aroma of hops, malt. Flavor has some mild hops, but it reminds me mostly of a classic.
