Commercial Description:
Contains a notable amount of rye grain in the grist bill. Bitterness is slightly moderate to allow the often spicy and sour-like rye characteristics to pull through.

Bottle. Goodbar Beer Club. Nose is honey, a bit of plastic, malt, alcohol, pretzels. Flavor is honey, malt, lemon. Alcohol is slightly overwhelming. Fruit in the finish. Slick body.

On tap at Crunchy’s, East Lansing. Dirty straw-colored body, thin off-white head. Cerealy, grassy body, grainy, with warming alcohol and modest bitterness. Tangy, watery finish. I didn’t pick up too much rye, and the thin body detracted from my enjoyment of this beer.

Draught at Coles, Buffalo, NY. Pours a clear bubbly yellow-amber with an average size diminishing white head. Mild aroma of rye malt, grain and some sweetness. Flavour’s the same: Light rye malt, a bit sweet and a light bitter finish. A bit of fruit thrown in there too. Medium bodied. Pretty good, I enjoyed this.

On tap at Cole’s Buffalo. Dark yellow/almost amber, small white head. Mild nutty aroma with some rye present. I enjoyed the taste - sweet, rye malt, nice to medium to thin body a, a little nuttiness. Some nice dark fruit as well. This one was fresh and really worked for me.

On tap @ Coles Buffalo NY. Pours a light amber golden color. Slightly sweet nose. Notes of orange marmalade. Medium bodied. Sense some marischino cherry & honey. Caramel malts. Sort of like this one. really dont sense much rye here
