COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bright golden color, well rounded flavor and exceptional drinkability characterize this very refreshing ale. A delicate balance between pale malts and Hallertauer hops creates a very palatable, light, fruity ale. A great entry level beer for newcomers to fine hand-crafted ales.

UPDATED: AUG 29, 2014 Bottle: Amber (who would’ve thought) body with decent clarity & an eggshell cap that quickly recedes to nothing more than a thin collar. Aroma mostly comprised of a strong, caramel & Munich malt backbone with a littering of some spicy, earthy hops over top; almost seems like Saaz, but there’s a light, grapefruit-orange element that barely peaks through towards the latter half, making me think something else was used? Taste is full of more caramel, toffee, & toasted malt... Even a little more "roasty" than the aroma. A touch of earthy bitterness, leaves, & mild citrus peel. Toasted biscuit & metallic toffee finish. A little vapid, unfortunately, but not bad. Just... Meh.

clear, amber color, short-lived head. sweet nose, caramel-y, deep and fruity, slightly spicy. Taste: nice, hoppy a bit, fruity, ...but, a bit too mild on the palate. Dies off too quickly. Lays easily on the mouth a bit, but doesn’t make much of an impact. An adequate, run of the mill amber ale, easy drinking, but nothing much. Not a beer that I’d ever turn away, but nothing to knock your granny over to get, either. Cheers!

Pours amber with a thick fluffy head that last a few minutes. Strong malt aroma. Sweet from beginning to end. With light hop finish.

Bottle from the brewery- Deep orangey amber with a fizzy white cap. Nose of grainy malts, some caramel, fresh floral hops, some perfume. Sweet caramel malts meet grains and floral bitter hops. Prickly carbonation and a bit too sweet towards the finish. Pretty good. overall.

Bottle. Pours a clear light brown color with a small off white head. Head recedes to nothing. Nose Is light caramel with some stale malts. Palate is thin and clean. Flavors of light nuts and stale malt notes.

Good amber color, small off white head that had a short hang time then faded to leave a little behind. The aroma was malty with some caramel and light fruit. The flavor came off as much the same as the aroma with a bit of a hop bite in the end.it actually was not that bad....kind of pleasant in a way and well worth having a few more around.

Yep, thats the color of a Michigan sunset! Big tan head, too! Nose is faint, malty sweet. Burnt, crispy maltiness. Sweetness of caramel lies underneath as it warms. Somewhat raisony aftertaste, some hints of peated malt as well.

Made a decent appearance, poured a clear copper with a foamy white head that settled into a thin foamy lacing, good carbonation. Had a malty nose of sweet barley and wheat, a faint coffee, also fruity with grassy hoppiness. A crisp, slightly slick and smooth light bodied mouthfeel, good drinkability. Nice malty taste, sweet and a bit sugary, barley, a soft caramel infused coffee, fruity with a grassy hop briskness towards the end and a dry hoppy and malty finish. Another nice brew from Michigan Brewing, tasty and balanced.

12oz bottle. Very light aroma of bread, wet grass and lemon zest. Pours a nice looking clear copper/amber. Fairly earthy and hoppy on the palate. Toasty malt with some dried biscuit. Lemon zest and grass. Medium bodied.
