| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 25, 2008 Sample tray. Printed sheet says 5.4% and that this beer replaced the Alt Amber. Dark amber-orange looks almost like a caramel. Good head. Light aroma. Touch of citrus. Nicely hopped. Moderate malt. Citrus hops build in each sip and are strong at the finish. Perhaps not to style but tasty. Skyview (4121), Papoose Jct., Minnesota, USA

Pours a semi-hazy reddish amber brew with a creamy off-white head that quickly dissipates to a fine film and ring. Aroma of multi-grain malt, some piney hops and a touch of toasted toffee. Taste is lightly carbonated, medium bodied with flavors of multi-grain bread and some dry bitterness. Finish is light, a little thin with a dry grassy hop aftertaste.
