COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This German-style Alt is a reddish ale. The subtle hop aroma and flavor otf this brew are created by the German hops utilized during the brewing process. In addition, notes of caramel can be detected I the flavor. This brew is similar to our Kolsch in that if finishes like most lagers, crisp and dry.

From the tap this poured a deep & clear reddish-copper body with a modest head, soon reduced to a ring. The aroma was light, toasty malt scents with a mild earthiness. More flavorful, it tasted of toasted malts and a drop of caramel with a light herbal/earthy bitterness to keep it in balance. A crispy, quaffable brew.

Medium caramel color with a small lacing creamy off-white head. Caramel malt aroma and a smokey malt taste. Crisp hop finish is and end to a very nice alt. A little more full bodied than their Oktoberfest.
