3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Blond to light orange body with decent head. Inviting citrus aroma. Grapefruit attack similar to a pale ale. Delicate and addictive hemp presence. Nice bitter finish. My seal of approval.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
A transparent sun-bright yellow transports citrusy hops and worty undertones. All is extremely delicate amidst this clinging foam.
Grapefruity hops and sassy grassy hop bitterness render a quenching character to this very well-brewed, pilsner-like blond ale. An earthy hemp note, seemingly carried by some yeast, adds depth to the dry and fading ending.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours a clear golden color with a small ring of foam around the glass. Subtle aroma of floral hops with honey. The flavor is sweet with mild hops and a bitter finish. Le Chaudron has been improving a lot lately but this new beer is nothing special.
