On tap at the Dinosaur Barbecue in Rochester. Regular looking, pale in color. Toffee aroma also was malty, very nice. Palate was similar along with orange and finishing with some mild hops. ok Patty and I took Kara there for her 27th B-Day. Andy’s flight was cancelled and we got him a take out meal.

Location: Draft at Dinosaur BBQ-Newark, 12/27/12

Aroma: The nose of this beer is fairly subtle, with bready and sweet malts
Appearance: It pours a clear orange color without much in the way of head or lace
Flavor: The flavor is a little more pronunced, it is lightly sweet and malty, with minimal bitterness
Palate: This one has a light body, a decent feel, and an average carbonation
Overall Impression: I wasn’t really that impressed by this one. It’s an alright, but lacking beer in my opinion. It just felt a little dull.

Tap at Dinosaur BBQ Harlem: Effervescent copper pour with an off white film of head. Diacetyl notes, fruity British type ester with a berry note and a mild toasted biscuit underneath the butter. Average light body- a bit too carbonated. Fairly dry with a biscuity flavor and toasted undertones and a fruity/berry note. Finishes herbal and dry. Not bad, could be a bit cleaner and less carbonated.

Served slightly chilled at the bar of the Dinosaur Bar-b-que. Small foamy head of fine white mostly diminishing bubbles that left behind a fair lacing. The body was a light orange color with soft carbonation. An aroma of predominantly apricot. The mouthfeel was tingle from start to finish.

On tap. Poured a clear gold with an amber hue and a white head that dissipated to the edges. Aroma was full of biscuit and bread notes with a hint of backing sweet grain. Flavor was similarly malty with bread in the start and a bit of a sweet biscuit finish. Definitely missing a hop profile.

Tan/Pale color with no head. Didn’t have a strong aroma just the smell of malt. Taste was decent, a bit malty with the taste of honey. After taste was a slightly bitter. Poured pretty thin. Not a bad beer to have a couple of.

Draught @ Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, Syracuse, NY: Pale, straw yellow pour with no head. Lame straw and candy sugar aroma. Tastes like a boring corn and grain macro. Boo! I expected more, Middle Ages.

A golden ale with a thick off white head. In aroma, rather strong butterscotch and fruity esters. In mouth, a light malt with light buttery notes, watery and boring. Tasted at CNY brewfest, Feb. 6 2010.

Draft. Pours gold with a white head. Light aroma with hints of fruity sweetness. The flavor is similar, almost seems like a run of the mill wheat ale with just a touch of sweetness added. Very light hop profile. Decent.

Drank from the tap at Dinosaur BBQ, NYC. Taste is heavy on sweet and fruit flavors, very complex and enjoyable.
