Served slightly chilled at the bar of the Dinosaur Bar-b-que. Small foamy head of fine white mostly diminishing bubbles that left behind a fair lacing. The body was a light orange color with soft carbonation. An aroma of predominantly apricot. The mouthfeel was tingle from start to finish.

On tap. Poured a clear gold with an amber hue and a white head that dissipated to the edges. Aroma was full of biscuit and bread notes with a hint of backing sweet grain. Flavor was similarly malty with bread in the start and a bit of a sweet biscuit finish. Definitely missing a hop profile.

Tan/Pale color with no head. Didn’t have a strong aroma just the smell of malt. Taste was decent, a bit malty with the taste of honey. After taste was a slightly bitter. Poured pretty thin. Not a bad beer to have a couple of.

Draught @ Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, Syracuse, NY: Pale, straw yellow pour with no head. Lame straw and candy sugar aroma. Tastes like a boring corn and grain macro. Boo! I expected more, Middle Ages.

A golden ale with a thick off white head. In aroma, rather strong butterscotch and fruity esters. In mouth, a light malt with light buttery notes, watery and boring. Tasted at CNY brewfest, Feb. 6 2010.

Draft. Pours gold with a white head. Light aroma with hints of fruity sweetness. The flavor is similar, almost seems like a run of the mill wheat ale with just a touch of sweetness added. Very light hop profile. Decent.

on tap at Middle Ages tasting room. This beer is brewed for Dinosaur BBQ. Not a whole lot going on in this one. Some hops and a little sweet malt but not much to write home about.

On tap at Dino BBQ. Pours a clear light yellow with a thin white head. Smells lightly sweet, a touch of citrus. Sweet, corn juice, bitter noble hops. Finishes with a nice slow musky bitterness.

Tap @ Dinosaur BBQ, Syracuse. Copperish colored pour. Bready, buttery taste with some type of cherry/raspberry fruitiness present. Has that distinct Middle Ages yeast taste that Im just not into.
