Draft at a Dinosaur BBQ in Stamford, CT. A dull pale ale. Tastes almost like a High Life with a bit of malt character.

On draught at Dinosaur BBQ in Syracuse. Clear orange-yellow color with thin off-white head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of malt, hops and fruit. Light body with flavors of grainy malt, floral hops and fruit. The finish is mildly bitter with an herbal hops aftertaste. Average overall.

Average or a little below. Malty sweet aroma with some caramel and something metallic. The taste was bland, very little hops to enjoy. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poured from 12oz bottle. Aroma is floral elements and some creamed corn. Taste is pretty muted. Not much happening here. Pretty mediocre.

On tap at the Dino. Clear orange. No lacing head or retention. Clean palate with toffee and dominated by malty notes. Aroma is the same. For English hops lovers.

Aroma of English bitter. Not sure what that is but maybe a bit like feet. Not super pleasant but some malt balance. Taste has that bitter feet finish and a but of roasted or sweeter "red" malt flavor. Drinkable and would drink over nothing if it was my only option, but not that good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pretty much represents central New York. Shitty. Drinkable, but that’s about it....

Bottle. Pours a clear light gold body with a small fizzy white head that had decent retention. The nose is just lightly hoppy, with an English quality to it, some light caramel and toffee maltiness. The flavor leaves a little to be desired. Rather thin with very little hop flavor and bitterness, while the malt base is overly thin and bland with a little sweetness. Just a really bland, weak, and watery beer for me. Light bodied and watery in texture and soft fizzy carbonation. Blah.

Mix six of random upstate brew. Pouts clear copper with soapy head. Nose of sweet hops. Tastes light hops, caramel, metallic, cough syrup, and malt. Touch odd

On tap at Santangelo's, Liverpool NY. An eminently drinkable, easy-going Pale Ale. Very mild aroma, well-balanced taste, pleasing on the palate. A local favorite that continues to satisfy pint after pint. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

In Syracuse Airport. Pours from bottle a very light orange haze color. Not much of a nose. Taste is so -so. Missing the citrus / grapefruit taste of a good pale ale, it has a touch of the bitter hops on the finish - but just a touch. Blah. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
