On tap at the Golden Rail. Pours a clear copper, purple body with a nice thick off-white head. Arome of prunes, grapes, cherry and some winey scents. Tasty hoppy, spicy flavor. Sweet at first sip but mellows out with good hops. Gonna also try this in the 22oz. Very fo

Nice pour. A malty ale with some fruit. Hops do not dominate but leave a bit of perfume taste. Medium body without too much intensity. Decent.

650 mL bottle. Reddish-brown with a beige head that begins well, but the bubbles are too big for it to last. Strong aroma of floral hops and sweet caramel, and there’s almost a tinge of unripe homebrew to it. Or burnt caramel. Something. The taste is there, too. I dunno. I don’t like it. Nice bitterness, though.

A: Pours a nice deep amber red color with a nice fluffy head. The head dies down, but enough hangs around to leave beautiful layers of lacing. S: Wow this beer has a very unique nose. A nice sweet candy aroma comes pouring from the glass. There are nice undertones of citrus and a hint of vanilla. As I swirl the glass this one smells just like a nice sweet cake batter. T: The taste is as good as the aroma. Nice sweet dark fruits come at you right up front. Some real fine malt is used in this one. Then the hops come at you in the middle. Nice sharp bitter hops with a hint of sweet pine. The hops linger, a light vanilla taste shows up in the finish. M: Nice and thick.

On tap at Dino BBQ. Pours a clear light brown with a thin beige head. Light caramel, a touch of hops. Light malt, touch of roast, bit of hops. Long bitter finish with some roast and a bit of sweet malt.

Pours a dark cloudy nut brown color with a thick initial sudsy head that fades to a thin one. The nose is full of dark malt and a blend of citrus hops. The flavor is extremely robust and has a lot of initial hop bite. It is semi sweet with a roasted barely finish. It leaves a nice roasted finish on the tongue and sides of the mouth. Overall it has great carbonation, full bodied, and great hop flavor. The appearance is also nice with the streaks of head down the sides of the tulip glass.

The appearance is light brown with an average head. It reminds me of a root beer. The aroma is quite nice with loads of pine and grass hops. There is also caramel malt. The taste is like the aroma but the finish is astringent. The palate is smooth. Overall a well crafted beer.

Not a bad strong IPA. A bit darker than I expected. A bit of fruitiness, but the hops seemed understated.

Pours a brown color with a nice looking tan head. In the aroma there are hops, some caramel, and some weedsmell (yeah I know that is kind of weird way to describe it, but that is the first thing I noticed when smelling it) Taste is hearty and full, with a good amount of hops, but they don’t dominate. They share space with the malts. Nice body and good texture. Good beer and it was cheap at the bar I got it.
