Did a taste test of this beer side-by-side versus Westmalle tripel, and the are almost identical. Only difference is this beer isn’t quite as carbonated. Amazing beer! Can’t recommend more highly.

12 ounce bottle
Thanks to bu11zeye for the surprise "not a hand bottle" in a trade a while ago. Finding it in the back of the fridge one evening I though why not? The reward was a fantastic beer from a place that seems to be flying under the radar. If they do more bottling in the future I hope to try more of their beers.

Aroma / Appearance - The rosy gold body traps about half the light. A stark head provides brilliant contrast along with long clear legs. Granny smith apples, ripe bananas, sourdough bread, and the aroma of polished silver brighten the air along with the smell of balanced ethanol.

Flavor / Palate - Granny smith apples, cotton candy, and lemony hops make this feel like a trip to the state fair. Cider, chocolate truffles, and orange rinds accent the transition to a dry yeasty finish. Complex yet not overbearing this is a well done beer that caught me by surprise. If all breweries put this much care into their releases the world would be a better place.
