Aroma of dark malt with Belgian yeast This is a dark brown beer slightly darker than some traditional Belgians Great taste if you love Belgian yeast. It really shine through in this beer. Mouthfeel is medium to heavy. Great interpretation of this style in an American made beer.

Aroma is meaty and dark fruit with hints of funky yeast. Pours a brown with beautiful red highlights and a non-lasting tan head with no laccing. Tastes of nuts, roasted malts, and notes of dark fruit and cherries. There is also a subtle biscuit aftertaste. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Overall, this is one of my favorite Middleton brews.e

Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle. The beer pours a dark red color with a tan head. The aroma is full of dark fruit, with some toffee thrown in. The flavor is similar. I get some dark fruit and cherry notes, as well as some grapes. There is also some toffee and nuts in the flavor, as well as some alcohol notes. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

(750ml bottle thanks to bu11zeye) clear rich amber/brown, few bubbles. Nose is nutty, raisin, honey, fairly simple. Taste of nuts, raisin, light chocolate, Bit of smoke that overpowers a bit. Medium to light body.
