Clear copper, light white head. Brash unripe berry, spice. Good amount of bitterness. Medium body, oily, longer finish. Fairly flat. Fine. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

(En fût à la brasserie): Des arômes qui font craindre un piment intense mais au final c’est croustillant, plein de chair et à peine piquant.

Sampled at GABF 2015. In the tasting glass yellow with a white cap. Nose is strongly hot pepper. Light to medium body. Flavor is dominated by pepper on malts. Actually pretty good;

Draft to taster pour avg gold with thin white head. Nose mostly green jalapeño some sweet malt. Taste green chili, underlying sweet, some citrus. Minimal burn, just good flavors from the jalapeño.

Tap at the taproom in San Marcos, TX. Clear copper pour, little head. Aroma is light peppers, slight spice, faint grassy hops. Taste is pepper forward, light jalapeño, some bell peppers. Backed with faint pine and light caramel. Ok. Decent, not a huge pepper beer guy.

Nose of peppers and spice. A clear amber pour with a thin white head which quickly settles providing no lacing. The taste is more green pepper than Jalapanio. Medium body and medium carbonation. Overall, not my favorite in the Middleton line up, but still quite enjoyable occasionally.

(Draught) Pours a clear golden body with a small white head. Aroma of jalapeno, grain, and citrus. Flavor of jalapeno, Serrano, green pepper, grass, and grain with a moderately dry finish.
