COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Slightly cloudy yellow wheat Ale with off white head. Lite sweet banana flavor with a hint of clove on the front end. Lingering banana notes thru-out. Delicate mouth feel. Great served with a slice of Orange.

Had this on tap at the Midland Brewing Company. Golden color and a delicious wheat and lemon flavor. My favorite from Midland.

on draft poured hazy yellow with white head. nice aroma of wheat, banana, clove and spice. the flavor I thought that afternoon was very good. nice hefe. medium light body but overall was still pretty good. I thought as I was drinking this it would be better on a hot sweaty day but since it wasn’t it still tasted good.

On tap at the Shark Club in Howell, MI. Poured a cloudy golden color with a small sized head. Water and thinner tastes/aromas of spices and bananas.

On tap: The aroma consists of faint wheat, grain, banana, and butterscotch. It’s a transparent amber with a small white head that quickly fades to a thin film that leaves behind some thin webbing on the sides of the glass. The flavor starts light butterscotch and wheat notes. The finish has a touch of clove and grass. It’s light-medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Overall, it looks nor tastes like a Hefeweizen to me. If I were rating this to style, it would score significantly lower.

Draft. Aroma is faint everything. Notes of banana, honey flowers. Too weak. Hazy gold hue with average white head that fully diminished. Palate is watery and weak. Overall it’s decent but just needs some balls.
