Bomber. Cloudy deep orange with a big foamy head. Spicy, fruity aroma very brett-forward.
Floral/citrus hops, orange candy and lemondrops. Chewy, clovey yeast and a little wood.
Finishes spicy and dry. Very classy collaboration.

22 oz bottle at the Flossmoor Tasting. Pours a darker amber, a bit of bright and hazy. Aromas are fruity, estery banana and apple, with pear, a touch of spice, vanilla, fairly sweet, with a decent hopping. Initial, fairly bitter, tempering out the sweetness, residual fruity esters and Belgian spice, fairly boozy. Not bad, initeresting.

Bottle shared by Beernbourbon at the chicagoland ratebeer tasting. Thanks Vince! Pours a golden orange with a soapy white head. Aroma of funk fruity pineapple, orange, and peary bretty yeast. Tastes like a really clean and refreshing hoppy saison. I liked this quite a bit.

Cloudy orange. Big hoppy nose w/ just loads of Aerican hops. A bit of witbier-like tartness and lavender. Nice pillows of carbonation. Perhaps a touch too biter for the Belgian yeast character. A touch of vanilla comes out int eh finish as well as a good deal of earthiness.

Bottle courtesy of tpd975. Poured a cloudy, orangish, straw color with a rocky off white head. Lots of Brett in the nose, also some orange peel, spicy Belgian yeast, and coriander. I love infected IPA’s and this one does not disappoint. Medium body with a smooth mouth feel. Flavor is mildly bitter, with floral hop notes, citrus, candi sugar, coriander, and clove. Finishes with medium hops bitterness.

UPDATED: JAN 26, 2010 22oz bottle from Vince... Aroma of a fruity pineapply Brett with an earthy hop profile... Mostly opaque orange brown pour with a soapy white head... Flavors are of a nice bretty presence and a more subtle hoppy earthy yet citrusy-ness. Lively carb and pretty nice.

Thanks tpd975 for the share. Pours yellow with a white head. Nose is brett, belgian yeast, some funk, hops, and fruit. Very interesting- cab barrels give the flavor a very enjoyable tartness. Flavor is similar to aroma and very nice.

Aroma: Barrel aging was noticed and the Belgian yeast and lingering big hops.
Appearance: Dark amber in color, clear with a thin head.
Flavor: This was a complex beer with tons off flavors. Barrel, fruits, yeast and big hops to add a few other flavors.
Palate: Dry IPA/Belgian finish with a Good Mouthfeel.
Overall: Super complex beer this had almost everything you can throw at it and it was tasty.
