Vicious and viscous, this menacing brew pours opaque black with a creamy maduro-colored head. Its aroma offers seductive whiskey, chewy red wine, dark fruit and lavish tobacco. Berserker Imperial Stout invades your taste buds with in-your-face flavor. Weighing in at almost 13% alcohol by volume, Berserker is completely out-of-control. Give it a good fight.

Hela helvete! Världsklass! Krämig och fin. Bourbonfat känns det som. Precis lagom dessutom. Drag av champinjoner i doften. Får avsluta en episk provning med några riktiga tungviktare

Bottle thanks to marine1977. Pours like straight used motor oil. A dark brown head forms and quickly disburses. Aroma of sweet chocolate, vanilla, bourbon, some dark fruits, caramel. Taste is sweet with a roasted dry finish. Very smooth. Some oak characteristic in the end of the taste. Extremely oily feel. Delicious stuff.

Clean and viscous oily black pour with one finger of creamy burnt wood brown head. Rich nose, some oxidized black malt and lots of rich chocolate. Super chocolatey with notes of dark fruit and molasses. Wonderful aroma. Very rich and clean in the mouth. Lots of chocolate and molasses with a very low bitterness/acidity from the dark grain. Dark fruit skins and burnt sugar with some molasses and mapley notes. Full and rich body with a moderate showing of alcohol. Delicious.

Bottle @ Dean’s Birthday tasting, courtesy of kermis, big thnx! Massive beer, pours pitch black with a very dark brown head on top. Aroma of smoke, ashes, dark chocolate, molasses and licorice. Very sweet flavor, dark chocolate and molasses return heavily in the flavor. Very intense, big mouthfeel (that’s what she said). Epic brew. All hail the Berserker!

Solid black with a brown, lasting, lacy, thin head. Smells of deep roast, liquorish, and deep chocolate, raisins, and plums. Medium oily body. Taste so of deep roasted malt, alcohol, cherries, dark malt.

Bottle at Dean’s Birthday Tasting, August 2013. Poured a deep mahogany colour with a round glass hugging tan head. The aroma is dry roasted creamy malt. The flavour is medium to strong bitter with lots of liqourice and roasted malt on the malty bitter palate.

Shared with friends this weekend. I remember saying that this one would be a good companion to a lumberjack’s breakfast. So engaging in the nose, brown sugar, molassas, maraschino cherries, chocalate, bacon grease, just so out of the ord. Viscous and layers of depth to this, oily on the back. light brown clouds and a dark brown, almost black appearance, and again, I say, eggs and Bacon on the side.
