Bomber from Bottleworks on my PASS trip, shared by ck1. Pours brownish with a white head. Aroma has malt, pine and citrus. Taste is of sweet brown sugar, citrus. Fairly smooth. Finishes a very good blend of sweet and bitter. It grew on me.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft at 16 Tons Taphouse, Eugene. Pours a orangish red, lots of off-white head. Nose slight, with some fruity and resinous character, malt, too. Body surprisingly slight, with a fruity and malty finish. Thought this would be a lot thicker and syrup-like, pleasantly surprised.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottled. Deep amber colour, mediumized slightly off-white foamy head. Aroma is fruity, caramelly with some floral, nectary and mild ripe fruity notes. Flavour is big time hops, caramel, toffee and a quite big bitterness o it. Still nicely balanced and very refreshing to drink.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours dark unclear amber in color like iced tea with a beige head. Aroma brings malts, juniper in a spruce like fashion, and the sweetness from brown sugar and/or honey. Flavors bring hops mixed with sweet malts and honey blended well on a perfectly balanced body.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
22 oz bomber. The beer pours to a medium amber color with a slightly off white medium head. The aroma is sweet with honey, resin, a little caramel. The taste is sweet up front with the honey & juniper berries prominent in the first taste, followed by a strong malt backbone & a medium bitter finish. Overall an a good DIPA.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Reviewed from notes.
She pours a dark reddish color and leaves the same color body with slightly copper edges and a one finger white foamy head that dies immediately. Light lacing sticks to the glass. The smell has a floral malty hoppiness with some orange zest, and grapefruit and honey. The taste has a super malty covered hoppiness in the front and then backed up with a decent hoppy bitterness, long lingering citrus yet hoppy aftertaste, dry finish. On the palate, its about a medium, perhaps somewhat sessionable, and the carbonation seems to be a bit smoother than most DIPAís, but Iím not complaining.
Overall, this is not a bad DIPA, but Iím just surprised how smooth this one rolls around in my mouth to be a true DIPA. Its like its just too good to be true unless this is old.

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
On tap at Monkís Kettle. Hazy super-dark amber (or brown) with a tan head. Intoxicating hop aroma; citrus, floral, pine, some raisin. Taste is great: resin, citrus, caramalt sweetness, moderately bitter finish. Very nice.
