In short: A sweet and fruity Belgian blonde ale like some many others. Just ok.
How: Bottle 22oz. Consumed approximately 6 to 8 months after purchase. Bottle sent to me by after4ever, thanks a lot Tom
The look: Cloudy blonde body topped by a medium white head
In long: Nose has the usual suspects of a Belgian blonde ale (fruity esters of bananas, pineapples and others) but also a noticeable soapy component. Taste is mostly sweet and fruity, sugary apples, sugary bananas, sugary other fruits. Plenty of crisp pale and crystal malts. There is also a strong citric/lemony component that is actually quite fitting to lighten up this otherwise overly sweet beer. Overall it is ok, I was able to drink the bomber but this not something I need to drink again. I don’t know what a Fallen Angel is supposed to be, because thank God I don’t believe in spiritual beings.

Fairly typical for the style. The aroma is fruity, peper. The color is gold, sl hazy, white head. The flavor is like the aroma, sweet fruit, spicy pepper, yeasty. The finish is peppery, spicy. Medium in body. There is nothing wrong with this beer. It is just really unremarkble.

Pour out of 22 oz bottle, hazy orange pour with rocky fluffy white head, aroma brought notes of bright esters, some phenolic notes, some biscuit, bready notes, hints of grass, earth, spicy notes come through as well, touch of grain. Taste is a mix of white fruits, sweet biscuit, honey notes come through, phenolic and esters with some spice, coriander, hints of earth, grassy tones, finishing sweet, slightly bitter.

Pours a lightly hazed, shimmering golden color with soapy white head. Really a nice looking brew. Aromas were sweet fruits, pepper, flowers, and more hop notes. Taste was toasted malt, citrus hops, pine, and some sweet caramel toffee at the end. Medium bodied with lots of carbonation. Good belgian.

Tap @ The BeerMongers... Poured golden/amber with a moderate white head. Solid Belgian Golden here. Thick mouthfeel, bitterness and earthy hops with a hefty dose of malt sweetness, bready characters and yeast spice. Bright and crisp, super clean.
