Nov 10, 2006 (07.15.06) One pint 6 oz brown bottle from Liquid Solutions. Sweet malt aroma. Poured clear amber with giant off-white head. Soft carbonation. Medium bodied ale that starts with light malt sweetness and toasted malt/caramel/fruity (raisin) flavors. Some sharpness (carbonation?) in the mouth. Finished with light malt fade. Some slight off flavor –oxidation product? Unfortunately the bottle did not have a freshness date. A decent drinkable beer but nothing really special.

Sep 22, 2006 Tasting at goldtwins 9/20/06 - Aroma is toasted malts, nuts, and a little hops. Pours cloudy brown with a medium head and decent lacing. Flavor is a little nuttier than aroma, but not much. Palate is creamy and thin. Simple brown.

Sep 22, 2006 Poured a hazzy copper brown color with a small tan head. Sweet malty aroma with notes of caramel, nuts and chocolate. Malty flavor continued the aroma with nuts and chocolate.
