Big head that settle down. Sweet flavors chocolate syrup and coca colaish. Very bubbly. Smooth and creamy. Some bite on the finish. Bottle let out a big pop when I opened, not enjoyable. Hoping it was a bad bottle. Bullit (1400), Glasgow, Scotland

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Aug 11, 2005 Thick and nearly solid black with a thin tan head. Mild herbal aroma with some fig, toasted cake and licorice. Almost smells like a Fig Newton. Relatively thin in body. Chalky and a bit metallic with a muddy flat finish. Some coffee and bitterness also. Really not that great and surprising coming from a family of better beers. footbalm (1219), Salt Lake City, Utah, USA
