Pours a deep dark brown color with a good size tan head. Nice spotty lacing. Has a light roasted malt aroma. Has a semi-sweet chocolate flavor with a hint of vanilla. Medium body. A very nice stout. Way underrated. Thanks Ma V. WMMALASKA (10), Anchorage, Alaska, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Mar 13, 2005 I am rating this beer on a experience I had with thier 22oz bottle. Overall not Midnight Suns best effort. The truely deceptive thing about this beer is that out of the bottle it feels a little incomplete and the reality is that it is. This beer is SIGNIFICANTLY better when drank from a Nitris Draft system. The beer gets a compleatly different flavour (kinda mocha) and just a fabulous mouthfeel. It’s a compleatly different beer and is deffinatly the way it’s MENT to be drank. kp (8600), Woodstock, Georgia, USA
