Bottle: Pours a hazy copper color with a fizzy white head. The nose has a moderate dose of esters and spice but the hops are still in charge; plenty of pine and earth, not much citrus. The flavor is well defined with the tart yeast and bitter hops competing for dominance over the light pale malt sweetness. A big IPA and a big belgian, but they do cancel each other out somewhat. I like the blending, but it’s not something I’d crave on it’s own. Like a nice car with a bad paint job.

Pours hazy gold with a big creamy beige head. Aroma of pine, herb, citrus, Belgian yeast. Taste is very nice, not overly funkified by the yeast but still noticeable. Bitterness certainly is strong and lingering in the finish. Bottled five months ago, this beer tastes very fresh and good for a DIPA at that age. Medium body, carbonation is very full but soft.

bottle thanks to travita. poured goldish with a white head. aroma was pineapple, pine, and cheese. flavor was pine and floral. body was heavy with medium carbonation.

22oz bottle from City Beer. Aroma is like the non-Gourmande Fantome beer from RBSG10.- parsley, herby. Very belgian aroma and flavor. Not too much for hops in the flavor either. Plenty of hop bitterness though. Slight weird alcohol flavor.

Bottle with much thanks to ketchepillar for bringing this over. Pours a hazy blonde with a good head and good lace. The aroma is fruity and mildly spicy with a bready and lighthly funky character. The flavor is very fruity while maintaining dryness with some mild caraway character and plenty of bitter citrus rind. Pretty tasty stuff.

Bottle:   Cloudy shade of orange, moderate white frothy head, decent lacing.   Musty floral mustard seed like aroma.   Bright and sharp barnish tang right up front.   Otherwise hoppy.   Its like a very strong musty basement, to the point its a little acidic.   Finish is a little brash, hoppy, but again with this acrid musty basement/barnish aspect.   Not as subtle or balanced as others.   Moderate body and mouthfeel.   Missing sweetness.   Citrus rind and that tough to swallow overly musty/barnish stuff.   This one just didn’t work for me.

Golden color out of the bottle with a foamy off white head. Big hoppy nose with tons of resin. Buscuit malts, applesauce and lots of grapefruit. This is a really good, fresh hoppy beer.

Bottle shared by alexsdad06. Poured a clear orange copper color with an average frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with good to excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy complex citrus hop and malt aroma with a small alcohol tone. Medium to full body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy bitter flavor with a medium bittersweet and small alcohol bite finish of moderate to long duration. This is a standout beer.

Cloudy golden orange pour, thick creamy white head. Tons of bitter citrusy hops, grapefruit, light banana and yeast, kind of spicy/peppery hops. The head becomes rocky and leaves nice lacing. This is a beautiful beer.

Pours a medium golden orange, mild orange juice nose, bitter, kind of boozy, still dominatedby Belgian esters.
