COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Obliteration II is yet another dynamic Double IPA. Its aroma is intense with fragrant notes of citrus, spice, pine and alcohol. A sturdy malt platform provides the perfect stage for showcasing these high alpha-acid hops, creating flavors and textures that entice then intrigue. Obliteration II finishes with poignant bitterness.

Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus - orange, chilli notes, peach notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20100327]
