A beautiful, reddish colour, a head is quite weak and beige. Aroma of tropical fruits, mangos, pine, some citrusfruits, fructose and some caramell malts. Taste is strongly bitter at the beginning, pine, only some fruits, citrusfruits and caramell. The aftertaste is dry and pine cone. Medium bodied, slippery and pleasant to drink. Strongly bitter and piney IPA, the good beer.

12 ounce can from Hayduke. Darker than most with some haze. A fluffy off white head that leaves sticky lacing. A big aroma of citrus and floral hops with malts to match. The first sip brings some big bitterness. This has the makings of a double but without the ABV. A big citrus bite to this one. It is not for the faint of heart and is a hop lover’s dream. There are some herbal notes, too. This settled a bit by the finish but it resembled an IIPA to the end. Huge flavor and lower ABV is a winning combination for me.

Bottle via trade, got it as an extra along with some TREATS. Pour a deep amber shade with very small head and not much lacing. Aromas are nice: grass, caramel, pine, and citrus fruit. Taste is most of the same with average mouthfeel. Good amount of Simcoe in this guy. Finishes bitter and a little bit dry. Glad I got to try this one.
