(tap) clear dark amber with a small tan head; sour aroma; balanced flavor though more acidic than expected from a Scottish, not bad

Full brettanomyces character, slight tartness, very rustic, currents, caramel, toffee, great wild character, cherries. Not the best balanced, but tasty.

Nitro @ Humpy’s. Clearish amber with a long lasting off white head. Aroma of apple cider vinegar, caramel and light smoke. Flavor is cider and malt vinegar with some light sweet caramel malt and smoke. Medium to light body and a thin mouth feel. Very odd beer, I don’t get any brett, more like an infected Scottish ale.
