Bottle. [Beer festival 2009] Average creamy beige head that mostly lasted. Fair display of lacework. Clear amber color. Aroma of bread, butterscotch, fruit, grain, caramel and light spicy notes. Medium to almost full bodied with a soft carbonation and light dry texture. Moderated sweet flavor with light bitterness. Malty and warming finish.

Pours clear copper-amber color with a medium sized head. Aroma of goose berry bush, some ripe fruits, caramel, toffee and hay. Flavor of toffee, caramel, ripe fruits, hay, some hops and malts, some "danish berries" though. Decent.

Pours a cloudy amber brown colour with a white foamy head. Aroma of strong gooseberries, nettles and caramel. Flavour of strong caramel malts, sweet berries, gooseberries, nettles and hay. Medium bodied, oily mouthfeel and a very sweet finish. Decent.

Bottled. Hazy, red-brown color, short head. Aroma has caramel malt, raisin, bit bready. Taste is sweet, some raisin, caramel malt. Decent beer.

Aroma is stale with berries, some vanilla, caramel and biscuits. Flavour has nettles, berries typical to danish ales, some caramel and gooseberry bush. Too much berries here, decent.

Sampled at DØE Beerfestival 2009, Valby. Pours a redbrown beer with an offwhite head. The aroma is hops and sweetness, a little thin. The flavor is bolder than the aroma, but follows the nose. The palate is bitterness and sweetness. Overall this beer could use some more sweetness.

Sampled @ Copenhagen Beer Festival 2010. Amber body with a nice off-white head. Aroma of sweet, ripe fruit, malt and some alcohol. Flavor is sweet malt, caramel, some roast, dry fruit, warming alcohol and moderate bitter. Rather sweet, but very nice.
