Jul 26, 2008 (Draught@SOPP, Helsinki) Opaque yellow-orangeish with a small head. Crisp, strongly lemony aroma with witbier spices and vanilla. Sweetish vanilla flavor with lots of lemon. Almost medium body with soft carbonation. A clean, lemony and refreshing wit.

Jul 21, 2008 40 cl tap at Carlsens Kvarter, Odense. Hazy yellow/orange color, fine white head. Aroma is nice orange and citrus, wheat. Flavor is smooth fruity, with citrus/Orange, banana, sweet malt, fine hops, yeast and wheat. Aver nice wit.

May 6, 2008 Hazy golden with a lasting white pillow of head. Grain dominates the aroma, some coriander and a hint of grass. Dry with some wheat flavour, and a little spice. There is a hint of black pepper hotness in the finish. Could use the little touch of acidity that makes the best wits so quenching.

May 16, 2008 [On tap at Carlsens.] From Bo. Nice news from Eddie. Typical belgian with a hazy darkgolden look and a nice white head with notes of coriander and fruits. Flavor is similar added with spices such as vanilla and banana. A bit flat in the palate.

Jun 1, 2008 Golden with a nice, creamy head. The aroma has sweetness and notes of coriander and tangerine. The flavour has sweetness, notes of coriander, tangerine and the finish is spicy with a touch of pepper. It’s quite straight forward, could have had a bit more of the bitter/sour citrus, but anyhow, I find it very charming and easy to drink.
