Hon kan væl drekkest, tó manglar væl meira av smakki og gódsku. Roasty maltiness, bit smokish with a slight chocolate in the aroma, which appear well in the flavour along with some more caramel. Rather thin brew.

50 cL bottle. Pours brown with a fizzy off-white head - almost flat carbonation. Aroma is spiced, slight hoppy and light caramel note. Bitter, light fruity and again slight acidic flavour in a malty base. Ends soapy, my wife and I couldn’t finish this.

Bottle, 50cl. Pours a nutbrown beer, with almost no head. Light aroma with spices and fruits. The flavor is fruity with hops. Low carbonation, which leaves a flat impression. Overall a beer below average. This beer was brewed by the former owner of Midtfyns Bryghus, and has nothing to do with the new owner or the new line of beers from Midtfyns Bryghus.

Bottle. Borring ale, with no taste and aroma. Good that it is retired, Midtfyn is doing much better beer that thin now.

Hazy orange colour with medium head.Taste is fruty with note of caramel mild with short finish.

(BBE 4/07) Dark orange colored, cloudy appearance. Little yellow head. Aroma is sweet with fruits, toffee, grains and some earthy sour perfume tone also. Thin to medium bodied. Flavor is more earthy with nice milk-chocolate and this Danish spinachy, yeasty flowerness. Aftertaste is biting with lemon and chocolate. Weird, let’s say handmade flavored brew.

Bottle. I don´t know if this beer was to old, but certainly it was boring. Dark brown beer with sweet malty aromas, taste malty but quite uninteresting. At the tasting everyone agreed to my judgement, so we won´t miss this one. They have made better beers since then.

500ml bottle. Slightly hazy peach orange body with a light beige head. Nice fruity, hoppy aroma. Flavor is a bit thin and light. It’s sweet, malty, grassy and refreshing but too weak. Maybe that’s the reason Mel Gibson was offended?
