500 ml bottle from LCBO. Pours a very murky dull amber colour with thin off-white head. Aroma is sweet tree fruit, spice, toffee and relatively gentle chili peppers. Flavour is fairly sweet with big apple, pear, apricot, peach, along with some toffee, clove spice and some present but not overpowering chili heat. Body on the full side of average. Interesting one.

Malty and hoppy aroma. Unclear, red-golden beautiful long lasting white head. Medium sweet, lightly bitter. The chili presents in the aftertaste.

I love Tripels and chili brews. Hope I will like this one with both in one. Pours an unfiltered light amber colour with a golden hue. Not hazed, but lots of tiny particles floating around, Warm frothy cap, good retention and creamy lacing. Nutty malt nose with fruity notes (apricots, raisins) with spices, yeast and even some hops. The taste is not super powerful, but the chili is present the whole time warming things up. Every sip gets stronger though. Some mild nuttiness, wood, toffee and fruits. Not sure about the tripel they brewed here, but the chili works out in the end. Gets hazy, even cloudy at last pour. Worth trying.

The foam is rapidly falling, but leaves a slight persistent residual anyway. Fruity aroma. The taste is atypical for a triple, for which its expected sweetness / acidity of fruit and citrus are only brief before the chili are entering the palate. Its character of chili is significant, but not burning, and thus making the chili well as the spicy element.

Excellent beer to my own Chili con carne. Does not work against the chili, but rather with it. I recommend this warmly.

Bottle from Føtex. Pours very opaque amber-brown-ish with minimal head. No lacing on the glass. The aroma is very malty and moderately chilli spicy. The taste is heavily sweet. Rather long sweet finish.
