Fra flaske på Cafe Viking, mai-13, delt med Johnne: søtlig aroma (med litt gjær og krydder) som en tripel skal ha, farge&skum er bra. Smaken likeså, og med "a lingering afterburn" for å sitere Monty Python wine appreciation. Hot&sweet, en annerledes øl som er vel verdt et besøk.

Draft at Gudtav Wieds Roskilde, pour haze orange with half finger white head. Aroma fruity belgian bitter lemon. Taste is sour like brett fermented beers, small peppery aftertaste. Strange.

Bottle. Pours light hazy dark amber with small offwhite head. Aroma is malt, caramel, toffee, apples, dried apricot and cinnamon. Taste is heavy sweet and faint acrid towards the end. Body is oily with lively carbonation. Finish is long and sweet with notes of cane sugar, caramel, fruit, anise and white wine. I didn?t find the chili though.

Aroma of a belgian trippel with yeast and orange peal. Orange with white tiny head. Sweet candy sugar, bread, yeast and chili that hits you long time after you have had it. Thin and well carbonated.

Appearance: A clear copper colored beer.
Taste: Tasting sweet spicy chili.
Palate: Medium low carbonation, a sticky texture. A good body.
Overall: Sweeter than expected from a triple, a double on steroids?

Cloudy dark golden with a thick offwhite head. Aroma of brett and spices. Alot of sweetness upfront, and chili hotness towards the end.

Pours copper color with a large head. Aroma of yeast, spice notes, caramel malts, ripe fruits and some mild chili notes. Flavor of faint chili, yeast, spices, fruits and toffee.

Flaske drukket på hytta. Lys klar kobberfarge, mye skum som bruser bort, smaker av gjær,frukt,malt og chili. Synes den har litt champagne fakter over seg. Fruktig og brusende med ettersmak av chili. Likte den ikke første gangen jeg smakte den , men det har tydeligvis endret seg. En spennende triple

0,5 l bottle on Hall Toll stavanger. Pours dark gold with white foam 1,5 finger. Nose is malty dough with some nuts. Taste u feel a maltyness thtou the whole with some nice stingyness from the chili in the end.

On bottle at DØE BeerFest 2012 [Backlog]. Generally not a big fan of tripels, but this one is very fresh with a nice not-too-bad chili-kick to it. Above average body.
