Pours a rich golden orange colour with almost no head. Sweet floral nose, banana and yeast. When chilled taste was predominantly tropical fruit and next to no chili. Once sat to warm flavour mellows, opening into stone fruit, light caramel and subtle citrus . Sweet and peppery start translates to a pleasantly long chili finish. Not true to a Tripel style but passable as a fruit/spiced beer.

Rating 6300! [Bottle (500ml)] Pours a deep bubbly amber-gold with a small lasting frothy tan head. Aroma of sugar, caramel malt, bread, Belgian yeast, alcohol and fruit. Flavour’s the same but with a good amount of spices, some sugar and yeast added -- really good. Medium bodied. Enjoyable Tripel.

0.5 bottle. Very hazy, amber color and a small, off-white head. Aroma of yeasts, hay, some fruits, and a touch of caramel. Taste is sweet, some spices, and chili piquancy subduing anything else. Medium body, creamy texture, and soft carbonation. Finish is also spicy and piquant, a little bit of a trippel can be felt in the background. Overall the beer is mediocre. It piqued my interest due to the addition of chili and it certainly makes the beer more interesting but definitely not better - worse even.

500 mL bottle. Hazy orange amber pour, thin white head that dissipates fairly quickly to a thin film. Aroma of light caramel grain malt, spice. Taste is cereal, fair long chili finish.

500ml bottle from the LCBO in Peterborough, Ontario. Orange-amber in colour with a thin white head, light lacing. The aroma is lightly sweet, some fruit and caramel. The flavour has some chili peppers, moderate sweetness, fruity. Finishes with a long chili bite.

Smells nice, like a tripel with belgian spices, a bit bready and a hint of the peppers in teh nose. Looks great, golden/chili colored with streaming effervescence, effervescent white head. Tastes quite nice, classic uncomplicated tripel flavors upfront, belgian yeast, quite sweet, finishes with the same notes but gradually building heat. The heat doesn’t add much to this beer, but it’s decent. Medium bodied and average carbonation.

Kopparfärgad med litet ljust skum. Doftar och smakar maltigt men även lite friskt från humlen och lite hetta från chilin!

Hazy orange pour, with a tiny off white head. Aroma is very yeasty, light tropical fruit, with some overly sweet stone fruit, and zero chili. Mouth feel is flat, carb is quite low. Finish is pretty bland. Light bread, light cereals, light stone fruit. Zero chili flavors found, juts a touch of heat in the finish.
