Bottle. Amber colour with a big off-white head. Light caramel malt, peach, hop aroma and taste, pine. Medium body with a dry finish. Good!

Bottle. Clear ongange colour with a nice mostly lasting creamy head and a good lacing. Heavy hoppy aroma and taste with flowery notes. Nice mouthfeel.

Bottle Chris_o Shindig. Decent IPA, some toffee, some good hop. Nice grapefruit and dryness on end.

Bottle. (On two occasions). Pours a nice clear, golden body with an off-white head. Piney and citrusy on the nose, with malt and caramel and some beef-stock a little bit in the background. Nice hoppy flavor with citrus and pine, as well as malty flavors. Not as bitter as wished for, but sure bitter. Quite full body, slightly warming and almost astringent from the hops. Long piney finish. A nice beer from a brewer that used to be almost crappy. (080215)

UPDATED: SEP 8, 2007 Bottle.50cl. This is a upgrade, but i think it is to sweet for the low bitterness, this beer has. no head, and a nice cascade taste.
New Rating 8-9-2007. I find it a better beer now.

Bottle. Large light beige thick creamy head that mostly lasted. Somewhat clear sparkling body with a pale amber color. Good display of lacework. Aroma of citrus, fruit, floral, pine, grapefruit. Over the palate came caramel, toasted malt, faint liquorish feel. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and light dry texture. Moderated bitter flavor with good sweetness to balance this brew. Dry and bitter fruity finish that lasted somewhat.

Pours copper color with a large head. Aroma of hops, fruits, some caramel, grass and goose berry bush. Flavor of caramel, resiny hops, goose berries and pine. Nice.
