3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottled. Amber coloured. Unclear. Light beige head. Light caramel, light spice and light herbs in the aroma. Flavour is sweet, herbal and spiced. Quite balanced. Is medium bodied. Quite dry. Has a caramelly bitter end. Easy to drink, and suits the eastertable well.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
I was very pleased with this one. Great American hops (citrus, pine etc.) on a nice full maltiness base. Possibly the best Danish brew this Easter.

50 cl bottle. No yeast at the bottom. Amber clear colour with a nice stabil white head. Mild hoppy aroma with notes of caramel. Sweet alcoholic flavour with a strong hoppy caramel profil, nice but ends up with a yeasty finish.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Amber colour with medium white head. Hoppy aroma with some malts as well. Nice hoppy taste with the hopps dominating.
There has been some discussions about this brewery on the danish web. Looking at the latest ratings, I wonder if there are some quality problems. I think there has been given some unreasonably low ratings recently. Anyway this beer was really nice.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
UPDATED: MAR 16, 2008 Amber with a medium head. Unfortunately , the malty aroma with fruity hops was somewhat dominated by the well known Midtfyn butterscotch. Sweet flavour with grass and butterscotch.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Draft. A very hazy amber beer with an orange head. The aroma is sweet citrusy combined with notes of grapefruit - my guess is some Cascade, but it also has hints of acidity. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of straw and grass, as well as light notes of butter and acidity, leading to a dry bitter and grassy end. The body is thin - I think due to a very low level of residual sugar.
