3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Grovlam (4137) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUN 30, 2007
Bottle. Average creamy like beige head that mostly diminished. Fair display of lacework. Light cloudy body with a light brownish color. Aroma of caramel, grain, nutty like notes, fruit, butter and a hint of smokiness. It stated 7% alcohol, so the alcohol must be fairly good hidden as I felt the brew as medium bodied. Carbonation was average. Flavor was light sweet malt. Finish was predominant sweet, but also had what I thought was a light chalky finish.
