Clear pale yellow colour. Vineous, honey aroma. Light sourish, vineous with good balance and a warming alcohol bite, that’s pleasant.

Honey and some juniper-berries and apples.
Not extremely sweet; actually with some sourish streaks aswell.

May 12, 2008 Sample from gnoff’s 50 cl bottle. Clear golden and still. Fresh rasiny aroma with some wood and discrete honey notes. Medium bodied. Not overly sweet, very pleasant.
