COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask: Regular.
A traditional deep amber coloured bitter brewed with Nelson Sauvin hop from New Zealand. The aroma is fruity and hoppy and on the palate; there is a slightly sweet maltiness that balances an easy going bitterness that is followed by hints of gooseberry, elderflower and grape in the finish.

Cask conditioned handpump Three Cocks Kettering 12/02/13. A copper coloured beer with a white bubbly head and lace. Ccocnut, hedge, weetabix and caramel in this. Not a lot of hop flavour certainly not Nelson Sauvin. Fairly interesting and quite tasty but certainly odd.

Cask from The White Horse, Chelmsford. Amber brown, good head, clear. Floral and fruity. Slightly sweet which does balance the bitterness well. A good bitter.

At the Sun Inn, Kelvedon, Bank Holiday weekend beer festival. Clear deep amber beer, residual white head. Smooth, semi dry palate. Low carbonation. Mild malt. Bitterish dark tangy orange. Fresh but bitter. Semi dry finish. Bitter aftertaste. Tad to bitter - could do with more fruit.

Deep copper brown color, small beige head. Exotic fruity nose, some bitterness. Light to medium bodied. Some licorice-saltyness, caramel, nutty flavors. Lingering nutty licorice in the aftertaste. Decent. Quite different ratings from this beer.

Cask (handpump) at the Cask Pub & Kitchen on 17 January 2011. Light amber colour. Thin white head. Good condition. Fairly flowery aroma. Quite strong tangy hop character. Finishes with a touch of sweetness but maintains a distinct bitterness in the aftertaste. Tends towards astringence. Firm mouthfeel. Good drinking session beer.

Cask, Railway Tavern, Chelmsford I once worked with a Capt Bob and he is a legend so I had to have some of this. Off-white lacing; copper-bronze turning gold at the base, aroma is floral hops, citrus, flowers. Taste is grapefruit, citrus, eldeflower, nector and flowers. A perfect Spring beer had at the wrong time of year!!
