From cask at Market Porter. Pours clear and golden amber with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity and roasted malty. Bitter, caramelish and light roasted malty. Bitter, slight herbal and crisp hoppy into a dry and bitter finish.

Cask (gravity) @ 27th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2010, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England
Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat.

Cask (gravity dispense) at Pigs Ear Beer Festival, day 2 on 1 December 2010. Bright pale gold colour. Clean, fresh and quite citric. Straightforward and refreshing. Perhaps too many similar beers from Mighty Oak in recent times.
