Dryish with clean rounded mouthfeel, yet notes of spun sugar. Lightly salty finish with some resin. fonefan (10868), VestJylland, Denmark Sep 4, 2007 Cask gravity @ GBBF 2007, London. Clear dark red brown color with a small, virtually none, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, dark chocolate. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. oh6gdx (8795), Vasa, Finland Aug 27, 2007 Cask@GBBF2007. Very dark rubyish amber colour with mediumsized brown creamy head. Aroma is igtime roasted malts along with some coffee, fruity hops and slight burnt wood. Nice aroma: roasted malt, toffee. Medium body, delicate roastiness, never aggressive, quite harmonious.
