3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
On tap at the HAF. Pours a dark brown color with a large white head. A sweet fruity yeasty Belgian dubbel nose. Chocolate, spices, some berries, a bit of banana. Very hefty, lovely Belgian style brew.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
"Brought home from one of my favorite breweries of the NW invasion part 1. This could be a bsa, a chocolate stout, or an imperial. I added it as an imperial due to the abv, and the fact that it smells and tasted far more like a stout than any bsa. Sweet and just a tiny bit of spiciness from the yeast. Mostly sweeter chocolate, dark fruit and roasted malt. Wonderful aroma. Can’t beleive this beer was nearly 12% - tasted like 8-9...till we got towards the end and felt it in our craniums. Migration is legit!"
