On tap at the brewery. Light gold pour. Mild hoppy taste, very smooth finish. Grassy spruce hop. Not particularly interesting, but a nice refresher.

A blonde pils with a thin lacing white head. A chalky malt aroma, powdery. In mouth, a very nice crisp malt with loads of saaz hops, medium bodied. On tap at brewpub, August 6 2010.

On tap at the brewery - came a hazy greenish gold with a super thick and creamy bright white head. Very fresh floral and grassy perfumey aromas coming from this - the Saaz really shine. Very hoppy in the mouth, flavours are very "of the earth", very natural, and are carried by the delicate carbonation all across the tongue. Superb drinkability. Really a beautiful beer, and another winner from Duggan.

Appearance : hazed golden brew with large white foamy top. Nicely shown lacing on glass walls.
Nose: soft , aromatic , floral , rosy hop character. Sweet softness of extra prepared malt.7+
Flavor/Palate : mid bodied, soft malt base, slight acidic, citric, floral hop follow up. Hint of hibiscus with bitter finish wrapping soft malt. Crisper more in your face Bohemian.

[2725-20100123] Tap. Cardboard seaweed dog aroma has a hint of floral grains. Slightly hazy, light orange yellow body with a quick bubbly white head. Smoky dry wheat hay flavour is a little bitter and floral and has a long smoky aftertaste. Medium body. Weird smokiness, interesting though.

On tap at Duggans. Pours pale golden in colour, slightly cloudy, decent white head, which leaves lots of lacing. Big grassy, hoppy nose, taste is nicely balanced with light sweet start, and big bitter hop finish! Great pils!

On tap@The Brewery. Aroma is a blast of noble hops and very fine malt, golden, pours a small white head, leaves some pretty lace. Flavour is a powerful jolt of lovely malt, hops are also full on, making for an almost breath taking first sip. Medium bodied for only 4.2%, very well balanced, full mouthfeel, extra crisp, clean, wonderful bitterness. Terrific!

Clear golden pour, with a big fluffy head. Great aroma of bready malts, crisp hops and fresh cut grass. Flavor is crisp and sharp. The hops are really present and crisp. Some nice bready notes, mixed with some more grass and hints if lemon. Great pils !

At the brewpub. Served in their small half pint glass. Pleasant saaz aroma, but the saaz leads to the impression its overcarbonated, also served a bit too cold, which initially affected taste. Modest yellow body with white head. Its fresh, its tasty and refreshing, and a tad lemony.
