Tap at the brewery, 7%. Great beer. Aromas of caramel, grain, with hints of chocolate. Taste is sweet, with bitter notes, and long length. Palate is velvety, and medium bodied. Amber, with a frothy head.

[2866-20100514] Tap. Dirty grassy petrol aroma. Hazy, medium orange body with a medium-lasting creamy white head. Bitter fruit pip grass flavour with a long grassy finish. Medium body is very boozy and bitter. Not bad, noticeable alcohol but well-rounded otherwise.

8oz draught ,br. 6.6% ABV
I tried this beer on June 8, 2010 at "Duggan’s Brewery" in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer was poured a translucent golden colour with reddish hues and white bubbly head. The aroma was sweet malt, some grass, and some floral hops. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was cereal malt, grains, slightly sweet, with a refreshing feel.

Draught at the brewpub. Pours a slightly hazy orange-amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Mild grainy aroma, slightly sugary sweet with biscuity malt and a hint of sourness. Sweet flavour of grain, malt and some alcohol in the light bitter finish. Average bodied. Decent, I’m not a huge fan of this style but it seems on style.

Deep copper with highlights of gold, aroma mild and sweet. Taste crisp and rich with grain, honey, and hay-like hops. Medium body with some prickling on the palate. Finish is round and off-dry.

2010-05-14. Crisp copper body, with a small beige head and lace. 3+ Aroma of sweet biscuity malt, doughy notes, toasty malt touches, light alcohol. 6+ Flavour is similar, modest bitterness throughout, toasty malt with brief sweet doughy notes. Lingering bitterness in the finish. As it warms, the alcohol comes out more and finishes drier. Average to medium bodied palate. Lightly carbonated. Okay. Decent example of style I am not personally partial to. On tap at the brewpub

On draught at the brewpub. Hazy amber gold with an average white head. Nice simple aroma - sweet cereal grain with some alcohol - the taste follows but the alcohol and sweetness are ramped up enough that I didn’t care for it as much .. Nicely carbonated, average body, a decently balanced finish ... But still a little sweet, even with some light earthy tones.
