(tap) clear light yellow with medium white head; aroma - very faint apply, then papaya, clean taste bit skewed towards bitter with long strong bitter finish. Not bad - but too bitter for pilsner - it is leaning towards IPA

On tap at brewpub. Pours a fairly clear dull yellow with small soapy white head. Aroma of light bread, grains and grass. Taste is bready and grassy with a little citrus. Crisp, grainy finish. Ok.

I tried this beer on tap on April 30, 2010 at "Duggan’s Brewery" in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer was poured a translucent medium gold, with a little haze, and a snow white bubbly head. The aroma was grainy malt, and hops. The mouthfeel was medium bodied, crisp, and medium carbonation. The flavour was grainy malt, some hops, a little citrusy hint, and a bitter finish.

[2667-20091221] Tap. Mild grainy chlorine aroma. Slightly hazy, pale orange body with a quick foamy white head. Mild bitter apple fruit yeast flavour. Medium body is a little bitter. Average, a little grainy and bitter.

Darker gold clear look. Nice bready-sweet pale malts with defined yet clean noble hops, Crazy balanced and easily drinkable, has body without being heavy.

On tap @ The Brewery. Aroma is noble hops, some good malt, amber, pours a tiny white head. Typical noble hops/malt mix. Light bodied, balanced, sweet and also pleasantly bitter. Quite drinkable.

Draught at the brewpub. Pours a slightly hazy yellow-gold with an average size lasting fizzy/frothy white head. Very mild aroma of light grassy hops and bready malt. Slightly watery flavour of grassy hops backed by caramel malt and with a light bitter finish -- easy to drink. Medium bodied. A pretty good Pilsener.

On tap at the brewpub - came a gorgeously appealing mid-gold with a nice thick white head. Aroma ultra fresh and perfumey, hops, hops, hops, the Hallertauer just jump out of the one. Nice sweet malt spine to keep things in check. Flavour the same - unreal, crazy good stuff, and while this isn’t usually a style I love, I could really get into this Pils. Probably the highlight of the four beers I tried today.

On tap at the brewery. Appearance: Pale orange with a small white head. Good visible carbonation. Aroma: light perfume, fresh mown grass, mild malt. Quite pleasant. Flavour: lightly grassy with quite a nice hop profile finishing with a long malty hop burn. Nice.
