3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle 14/7/13 with best before of 18/10/13
Poured darker than I thought it would, nice colour, thin lacing, light cream head.
Nose is Very floral, Rosewater, Lychee, Turkish Delight.
Good mouth feel, not over carbonated which I appreciate.
Overall flavours are very similar to aforementioned aromas.
If I tasted this blind I would not guess it was as high as 6.3%, it has great drinkability which makes me wonder if it would be better as a 5% "six pack" craft beer instead.
Overall a good beer, and well worth a try.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Turkish delight with a bit of hops hidden underneath. Rose petal on the nose and pours darker than I expected. If I drink lots of this will it make my piss smell nice?

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
A deep hue of dark amber with a thin off white head. Crisp fruity floral nose, quite light. Nice thick mouthfeel. Sweet nutty malts, little bit of citrus hopping, nice long bitter aftertaste.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
On tap at Archive. Vibrant colour, full hop aroma and flavour and long resinous finish. All round goodness in a glass.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Dull gold body with lasting head. Rose character doesnít dominate aroma and taste but masks this IPA somewhat, almost making it a little bit bland. Still drunk it easy enough, no real zing on the finish to make you want more.†

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
This looks for all money like an innocuous, approachable pale ale and then you smell it: turkish delight and rosewater predominate. In fact they overcome any malt or possible hop aromas. Not that this is a terribly bad thing. Good carbonation gives a lovely filling mouthfeel and then thereís the full on flood of rosewater. This is an interesting variation of beer, but not one that calls for a second pint if Iím honest.
