2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
The elderflower is there on the nose, it's a nice bright and refreshing pils with mellow Elderflower undertones. Has a long lingering finish. Well worth a try

From the brewery that had a ’What the hell was that?’ moment with the Strawberry Blonde comes this. Elderflower is a fairly safe bet with beer. It works well in beer and its perfumy aromatics melt the hard of even the hardest cynic. This one is yellowy gold with a fluffy white head and hazy body. In the aroma profile it is a little funky at first - slightly vegetal and then pungent floral characters. To be fair, it is a little cold and may open up with a bit of warmth. Wildly prickly and then sweet in the mouth. It is golden like lemon icing on ginger slice. The finish verges on light citrus and then fades away like the Cheshire cat, leaving only a smile.

Big elderflower aroma, hint of spice. Straw yellow colour with big fluffy white head. Very pleasant.
