UPDATED: MAY 22, 2015 Bottle bought, somewhere, for way too much money obviously. Aroma is very chocolaty, some smoke, vanilla. Taste is thick as motoroil, chocolate, nice bitterness and a smokey, roastiness that bites. Good beer. Edit: Second half of the bottle is the most certainly disastrous beer I've ever had. There's all kinds of grind in the beer, which is totally unbearable. Tastes like trash with the cheapest residue of coffee. Seriouslg downgrading, did I really pay this much money for such a horrible experience?

330 ml bottle. Pours a black black with no head. Aromas of black coffee, molasses, licorice, and a little alcohol. Flavors of rich nutty dark chocolate, licorice, sweet coffee, and dark caramel. Very rich, can’t catch the 16%. Wow.

Dark chocolate and dark malt in the aroma. Dark fruit, dark coffee and sweet in taste. Heavy bitterness they fill the mouth forever. Good beer as one can sit for a long time. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

Bottled. Pours black with a small brown head. Aroma of dark roasted malts, vanilla, coffee, chocolate, dark fruits and molasses. Sweet flavor that ends up slightly more dry with an alcohol bite. Full bodied, oily to syrupy texture and flat carbonation. An excelllent Impy. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Jet black colour, dissipating tan head. Malty aroma, coffee, caramel, cacao, alcohol, bourbon. Sweet alcoholic flavour, malts, caramel, coffee, loads of alcohol. Thick, viscous body. Alcoholic finish, coffee, caramel, sweet bourbon. Much reminding of bourbon, this beer.

3/II/15 - 33cl bottle from Geers (Oostakker) @ home - BB: 31/X/23 (2015-130) Thanks to Erwin for sharing the bottle!

Black thick beer, the most viscose beer I’ve ever seen, except for that wallpaper glue Pissenlit from Fantôme. :p Aroma: sweet, caramel, lots of chocolate, mocha, chocolate milk. MF: very light carbon, very thick and syrupy texture, yet not cloying, full body. Taste: sweet and sugary start, pretty bitter, cocoa powder, some coffee, lots and lots of cacao powder, some caramel, alcohol. Aftertaste: very sweet, sguary, alcohol, dark chocolate, quite an alcohol burn, bitter hops and coffee grit. Very intense.

Bottle. Black with tan head. Aroma is quite roasty, meaty, soy. Taste of alcohol up front, some roast, molasses. Quite harsh and hot
