Bottle from Stirchley Wines and Spirits, Birmingham. Cloudy orange with a thick head. Aroma is bitter citrus hops with a hint of banana at the end. Strongly bitter taste initially, dry and bitter grapefruit with just a little fruity sweetness lurking in the background. Nice beer.

Small white head. Hazy yellow body. Funky resiny tropical fruit aroma with mealy spicy notes. Dry-sweet funky barnyard and pineapple taste with mealy resiny notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish-acidic spicy funky herbal aftertaste with barnyard, resin, and mango notes. Lovely. Harmonic and drinkable, pretty interesting, too, with the funky character. (0.4l draft at Amundsen, Oslo.)

330ml bottle from Premier Gourmet. Clear bubbly gold, large and lasting white foamy/rocky head. Light grain, lemon, dried flowers, redolent with sharp yeasty funk - nice stuff!Taste - like a grassy/floral Orval; seriously - but more alcohol. Average body, nice and astringent and carbonated - dry wild finish. Really nice stuff.

Draught @ MIkkellerbar. Pours hazy yellow with a white minimal head.Aroma is wheat, grape, lemon, citrus, fruit, bretty barnyard and yeast. Taste is light+ sweet, bitter and tangy. Body is light+. Finishes very light tangy. Hardly seems like an IPA, but it is highly drinkable.

Firstly, NOT an IPA. This is a funky wheat beer. I know there are hops here, but the unmalted wheat takes over. Lots of citrus, dry crisp finish. Busting into this $7 beer longing for your IPA you will be disappointed. If you want an amazing wheat beer, you’re in for a treat. Or, I have no idea what I’m talking about. Try it.

(bottle) pours a slightly hazy golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of lime zest and avocado, quite perfumed, with notes of rose pettles, lots of bretty funk and a hint of pepper. flavour is mostly wheat, light caramel, earth and lemon peel, with a hint of herbal hops and a medium-bitter dry finish. medium-bodied with lively carbonation.

Refrigerated 11.2 oz. brown bottle poured into a weizen glass. Pours hazy golden with big fluffy white head with staying power. Well carbonated, medium body, and hop aroma. Taste is soft estery earthy wheat, slightly tart lemon, grapefruit, grassy hops, and finishes bitter hops. As close to a american wheat ale as an IPA.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a clear golden color with a large white head. A sweet grassy and grainy nose. Light funk, some grass, light vinous notes, earthy wheat. Odd at times. A bit mellow and soft. Interesting.
