Aroma floreale , colore giallo oro . Un sapore carico di amaro che nel complesso rende questa birra molto beverina.

UPDATED: JAN 9, 2010 Bottle. Little cloudy light yellow with a big white cap. The aroma is delicate hoppy and fruity, peaches, apricots, melon, with a citrus note i would say. The body is medium/light very balanced and a delicate malt aroma with a consistent carbonation that makes it very refreshing and soft on the roof of the mouth. More bitter and dry than creamy finish, afterall i really liked this beer!

Wow! This one is really good. I was expecting more creamy character but it is advanced and complex in its own right. At first, poured a hazy tan, gold orange color. Smells like fresh fruit and candy, orange, grapefruit, sugar, citrusy, the aroma hops jump. The taste is lightly creamy, citrusy, malty, ceraeal, dry with a zest. The fermentation is interesting, not a fully carbonated and not lambic. Its in between, but overall a great beer. The smell is amazing, the hops swim around on your tongue and when you swallow then citrus follows up and hangs out a little. Definitely get a creamy but dry refreshing idea with it. Fantastic, unique and def. worth a try

Awesome. This beer tasted great and was so easy to drink. After drinking heaps of new styles from around the world, this is definitely my new favourite.

Tasted 2011-02-01. Pours hazy, pale yellow with white head. Aroma: Fresh hops. Taste: Very fresh - and only moderately bitter - hops. Very tasty, mild (Mikkeller wise) beer. I think it would make a good intro to hoppy beers.

Quite a lovely light beer. It smells a bit like mountain flowers, very fresh. The color is light yellow but creamy not transparent. Almost ochre. It has a fresh slightly sweet taste with a mild bitter after taste. Maybe a bit fruity even.
