Bottleshare at pekka, 2015 vintage. - Aroma is mostly blueberry and vanilla custard. Flavor comes forward with sour blueberry, lactic acid with a surprisingly complex malty note. On the finish you get grapeskins (tannins), vanilla, bread and light caramel. Very good!

Taster at Mikkeller Seoul. Pours a beautiful dark purple. Vinegar for the nose, and vinegar for the mouth until the blueberries arrive, and they really arrive. One to keep in the mouth to really unlock the flavour. This is really quite special.

A beautiful sour - reminds me a lot of a classic Belgian lambic like Cantillon. The blueberry isn’t real obvious to me, though it is clearly fruity. Pours with a nice, dense head and a gorgeous reddish-blue color. Easy to drink too. Awesome.

Bottled. Datk purple beer qith pink foam. Full aroma of pinot wine. Flavor slos lightly tart and earthy, and lots f erry flavor. Not especially soir. Which is ok, but enough yeast to make it interesting. Excellent beer. Berry and red wine aftertaste.

Red color, almost looks like soda. Aromas of berries, "hallonsoda", tart blueberries. Taste is sour blueberries, yeast. The sour taste is well balanced, leading to a surprisingly satisfying dry, tart finish.

Bottle from Fleurs du Malt. Deep purple pour with a lively pink head. Very pretty-looking beer. Nose is mildly funky. Nice earthy blueberry and raspberry skin. A bit of pissy hay. Light lemon zest. Flavor is very well balanced. Juicy berry with a tart clean finish. A bit of dirt and hay. Mild salt. Spritzy, lively carb. Exceptionally drinkable. Great.
