Bottle, awesome retro label. Pours deep purple with big frothy lasting rosé head. Aroma is blueberry yam! Fruity, tart, oak, slight leather, sweet ripe berries. Taste is dry as... Fruity and really tart. Berries, some cosier cherrie notes, sour lambic funk and oaky notes. Really crisp and mouthwatering. Really well incorporated alcohol which not noticeable at all. Low carbonation.

Bottle to tulip Lacto and barnyard aromas up front with fruitiness to follow. Colour is a deep purplish burgundy with a thin creamy rose head. Taste is sour and fruity and funky. This is fantastic.

Pours burgundy red with a foamy pink head which is big at first but soon recedes. Blueberry, barnyard, funk and apple dominate the aroma. Taste is quite champagney initially, medium-high sourness followed by blueberry, funk. Semidry finish.

Tasting at Ferris’; vintage 2013
Dark color, with ephemeral pink head. Huge blueberry aroma, with different layers; cellar and cheesy yeast. The mouthfeel is not too dry, a bit too much carbonated; it has a good amount of fruit juice flavor, with a bit of cellar impression too; the acidity is balanced, and there is some expected astringency in the end.
Very good.

750mL bottle, pours a dark red / mahogany with a pinkish tint and a small pinkish white head. Nose brings out lightly tart blueberries and a touch of vinegar. Flavour is very well-balanced, with loads of blueberries, with just enough tartness and a slight hint of dry barrel quality. Wonderfully balanced – the right amount of fruit, tartness and funk. Excellent stuff.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus and Thompson. Opaque dark red to purple color, medium sized pinkish head that lasts for a decent while and leaves fair to good lacing. Aroma is dominated by oak barrel aging sourness mixed with sour berries. Taste initially is very sour, but you get used to it quickly. After a while nice tones of sourness, sour fruits, berries, oak aging. Medium body, suitable carbonation. Pretty good.
