3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
(Bottle, Ölbaren, Copenhagen, 11 July 2013) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of citrus, orange peel, grapefruit, caramel and marmalade. Malty, fruity taste with caramel, toast, citrus, marmalade and a generous bitterness with lots of fresh hops. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Nice one.

Spicy citrus aroma, slight oxidation,marshemellow-caramel,mineral.a little pine.
Taste is fairly piney, with mild caramel bittersweet,a little fruit, citrusy.spicey pine. Some robust like malt.Pretty dry finish.with citrus/pine. A little unflatered with this one but I tend to love almost all of Mikkeller beers.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
11.2 oz. bottle. Consumed on 6-5-13. Strong, tart, yeasty aroma features lemon, muffin, and tonic water scents. Very appealing smell, but I’d appreciate greater complexity. Pours an orange/gold/brass. Liquid is mostly clear with some haze. Effervescent: Many small, relatively slow-rising bubbles. large amount of uneven, fluffy, long-lasting, beige head. Produces good lacing. The flavor is actually quite malt-forward, although it also is notably dry, especially in the finish. Apricot taste. Long, dry, chemical-y aftertaste. Medium body. Lively and soft in the palate. Mikkeler 10 is an enjoyable brew and a good one, but it is too simplistic to be designated as "great."

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
12oz bottle from Barley Wine bottle shop in Copenhagen. Pours a hazy orange/brown color with lingering white head and lacing. Very piney/citrusy aroma and taste. Nice and well balanced IPA. Would certainly drink again and hope to find on draft at the Mikkeller bar.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Poured from tap, cloudy, dark and with a peach color. Nose is sweet hops and malt. Not much of a hop bite. Drinkable but a little bit too malty.

Botella 33cl. Buen aroma a lúpulo muy equilibrado, sutil pero intenso. Sabor a lúpulo complejo pero muy equilibrado, carácter bastante maltoso con cierto dulzor. Buen cuerpo y color típico. Muy buena cerveza.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
bottle. Amber with two finger head. Typical of Mikkeller IPA, there’s a fair amount of malt. Very nice hops. Hard to isolate distinctive hop flavors. There’s a little bit of everything going on here (citrus, pine, etc). The malt does a good job of slightly reining in the hop bitterness.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
#900. Bottle. Omaha. Poured a dark golden color with a big head that stayed for awhile. Aroma is hop heavy, with lots of citrus (grapefruit), pine, resin. Medium bitterness. Different water in taste background then AIPAs. Hop resin taste. Hopped up for sure. Average carbonation. I bet this would taste good fresh. A good, citrusy IPA.

Very good- but... I think I should’ve had it sooner than I did. Some of the aroma has smoothed out. That being said, it’s still very good. I dig the complexity of all of the hops!
