Bottle. Pours hazy datk amber with stable, creamy off-white head. Clear aroma of hops and grass, with notes of fruit. Intense, bitter flavour of hops, with notes of grass and citrus and touches of fruit. Hints of yeast. Lingering, intense, bitter aftertaste. Good.

WYGLĄD: Barwa miedziana, mętne. Piana wysoka, drobna, trwała, pięknie zdobi szkło.
AROMAT: Intensywny.
Chapeau bas!

Small is sweet with peach apricot and melon with some bread like ending. Dark amber to brown. Taste of over ripe peach and bready malt taste some bitterness shining through at the end. Full body mild carbonation. Good IIPA BUT claiming to have 1000 IBU is in my opinion false. The malts come through more than that of a good tropical or citrus rind bitterness. For what I was expecting I don’t think it was worth $9 a bottle.

9.6%ABV. Imperial IPA. Poured out a deep amber. 16°SRM. Nose has some honey sweet floral aromas. I am reminded of honey, roses, ripe citrus. Palate is Sweet malt. Barley bread. Toffee. Caramel and a richness and slight cloying funkiness of the syrupy sweetness of ripe dark fruit or honeyed stone fruit. Finish is beautifully balanced with an aggressive hyssop-y hop, full of raw pine needles and vegetal primal bitter. Goes on Favorites List!

On tap at Csakajosor Budapest. Looks great, nice bouquet of foamy head and amber brown color. Sweaty socks and big hop aroma. All your palate is belong to us. Hop wrecking beer. Kinda over this idea personally. At first refreshing hops but quickly heads to unbalanced hop wrestlemania. Maybe a fun experiment but not a beer i?d drink routinely. Like a novelty at this point. Have to admit that they probavly axhieved their goal, but it?s just a wee bit over the top.

33 cl bottle from Mikkeller Webbshop. Reddish/brown coloured with a large white head. Aroma of citrusy/floral hops and caramel malt. Taste reflects the aroma. Medium to full-bodied. High bitterness. Medium carbonation.

330 ml bottle from Gallagher’s Beer World/El Irlandés. As "1000 IPA". Inmediately after untapping there is some gushing. Pours a hazy and deep bronze color with a big off-white, almost gray-ish frothy head showing almost full retention. Strong ’green’ hoppy aroma of citrus and herbs giving notes of pine, lemon peel, strong lime, yuzu, grass, resin peppermint, rosemary, kiwi, grapefruit and some raw unripe pineapple. Very green... not bad but not outstanding. Taste is extremely bitter with not even the remotest residual sweetness. No taste is felt by the tip of the tongue. Purely back burning action. Some crude sour/acid touches can be felt but most of it is like chewing green eucaliptus leaves, mint and grass. The rest is lemon and other green citrus with piney, resiny flavors. Pungent, astringent. At times it feels a bit like Tonic Water... does it have quinine? It’s tastier though but just as unbalanced. Big body, alcohol completely unnoticeable. The only noticeable thing is the hoppiness. High carbonation. I like it. Love the bitterness. But it’s still just an interesting experiment and not a world-class IIPA.

Aroma - has booze, mega resin hops, and caramel malts. Appearance - tawny body color, with some particulate. Head is about 2" and beige in color. Big time lacing. Taste - that is large in hops no doubt. Surprisingly though there is also enough malt to balance it all out, no small feat. The malt is caramel in nature. The hops are as resined as it gets. A lot of Pacific Northwest here. There are spices as well. Alcohol is big here as well. Palate - medium body approaching full, texture is oiled indeed, the carbonation lively, the finish is long and bitter and the alcohol long as well.
